Based in Surrey and covering London, the Home Counties and the rest of the UK, Champagne & Sparkles was founded to de-stress the whole wedding planning process and deliver your dream wedding day. I provide you with a professional, flexible wedding and event planning service powered by rock solid logistical management. Detail driven, it’s not just about the pretty. It’s about everything that’s happening behind the scenes. From making sure each supplier is in the right place at the right time, to setting a magical ambience, to making sure you know how to hold your bouquet – I’m here to think about all the little things so you don’t have to.

Hi, I’m Georgina

I’m crazy about my Dutch husband, our 2 cats, Oscar and Elmo, cooking, entertaining, music, visiting exciting new cities, and fuelling my addiction to coffees, cocktails, and handbags.

I’ve always been a detail focused problem solver, lover of lists and spreadsheets.  In the many years I spent planning and managing complex corporate events, I covered every element from co-ordinating hundreds of guests to designing tablescapes.

It wasn’t until I produced an event for 150 people at Silverstone that my unrealised passion for weddings surfaced. With a blank canvas venue, complex logistics and demanding corporate attendees, it was challenging with many pieces of the constantly moving puzzle to fit into place. It didn’t feel like stress, it felt like something I was born to do. Seeing the reaction and smiles on the guests’ faces from when they arrived, to the moment they left is one of my best memories.

That day was a turning point and I knew I wanted to leave my 9-5 job and venture out on my own, helping to realise those smiles and special memories.  I can’t think of a better way to use my extensive skills than by helping you enjoy every moment throughout your wedding experience and helping you create a wedding personal to you. Being a part of that really is the best feeling in the world.

When it comes to planning your wedding, my service is tailored around you. From the very start we’ll work together as a team. I’m not here to take over and you’ll always feel completely in control of the decisions. What I will do is guide you through the process, tapping into my network of talented suppliers and extensive know-how to ensure you have an incredible planning experience and wedding day.

However hands-on you want me to be, the first step is to book in a complimentary consultation. You can tell me about yourselves and ask any questions you have, which will give me everything I need to create a bespoke proposal. If you love the sound of my straight-forward, detail driven approach, a deposit will book me and I’ll get stuck into bringing your ideas to life.

I’m passionate about making the wedding planning process stress-free and fun by sharing my expertise and flair for logistics. Champagne & Sparkles gift vouchers are a unique way to tap into my professional know-how and give engaged couples clarity and focus during their wedding planning journey.

Each £25 voucher gives the recipient one hour of wedding planning support. They can choose whatever they need help with, from sourcing a venue or a supplier, a checklist meeting to make sure they’re not missing anything crucial, or as partial payment towards full services.

If your loved ones are asking to help out with your wedding planning why not ask for a voucher? They also make great early wedding presents! Gift vouchers can be sent digitally or by Royal Mail.
